"Castle Point Gas and Heating deserve 5 stars plus. The service has been excellent and after being without heating for 3 weeks we cannot thank them enough. We would be waiting another month for British Gas to arrive and it would also have cost us an extra £600.
Scott, Dean, George, Vinney, Karen, you are all so professional and friendly, we felt you treated us as people not a name and job number on a screen.
Dean and George worked so hard to take out our very old back boiler, get our new boiler, the new pipe work rerouted and new radiators all working in one day. You will never know how grateful we were when the heating came on. They explained everything to us and left the house very clean and tidy. Somebody came and cleared the rubbish away early next morning then Vinney an electrian came in the afternoon to sort the rest of the electrics, doing another great job. All work completed in two days, we are very happy with the work and would definitely recommend this company.
